A musty, wet crawl space is every homeowner's nightmare. Luckily, this homeowner, Tami, from Edwardsville, Illinois made the call to Woods Basement Systems to keep water, critters, mold, and debris out of her home and outside where they belong. Tami worked with system design specialist, Greg B., who recommended completely sealing the crawl space with an encapsulation system called CleanSpace.
CleanSpace in an inorganic vapor barrier that will not allow water, critters, mold, or debris inside because the technology used to make this system contains water-resistant materials. This way the crawl space is completely blocked and prevented from possible harm. Woods' head foreman of this waterproofing project was Malik J. Malik led his crew to install this encapsulation system so that Tami could utilize her crawl space for extra storage. Now that the crawl space is protected and dry, Tami can use her crawl space!
