Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Sealing A Crawlspace
In Richwoods, Missouri homeowner Nicole J. wanted to seal and waterproof her crawlspace. She heard from a friend that after it is sealed it is a good place for extra storage for her home. Because Nicole didn’t have a basement, she wanted to give it a shot. She decided to call Woods Basement Systems to come out to her home for a free estimate.
After the estimate, she was excited to go through with the project. We sent our foreman Michael Rebenstorff and his team out to the home to install several patented items to keep the space clean and dry for storage. They installed our CleanSpace liner, TripleSafe sump pump, and IceGuard outside of the home. Now, Nicole has peace of mind knowing her crawlspace is sealed once and for all.
Damp Crawlspace
This is not an area where a homeowner would want to store their items.
Dirty Crawlspace
Here is another photo of the dirty, damp crawlspace.
Sealed Crawlspace
The crawlspace is now completely sealed from the earth and ready for storage.
TripleSafe
In the corner of the space is our TripleSafe sump pump system.
CleanSpace
This crawlspace is completely sealed by the CleanSpace liner.
IceGuard
IceGuard is installed outside of the home, keeping the discharge lines open and clear sending water away from the foundation.
