Before Sealing

Before CleanSpace

Before installing the CleanSpace liner for step two, we install a dimpled polyethylene membrane to allow the water to flow to the sump under the CleanSpace liner.

Step One

Step one is fix the gorundwater leakage. This means adding in our TripleSafe sump pump system to pick up any water in the space and set it out of the home.

Step Two

Step two is to isolate the house from the earth. We complete this by installing our CleanSpace liner over the floors and walls of the space, sealing it completely.

Discharge Lines

Another important part of step one is installing our IceGuards onto the discharge line. These ensure that the water is sent away from the foundation of the home even if the line becomes frozen or clogged.
