Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Total Crawlspace Sealing

In O’Fallon, Illinois homeowner Nathan T. wanted to seal and waterproof his crawlspace. He began to notice that the floor above the crawlspace was sinking in and a smell coming from the space. He heard from a friend who had gotten his crawlspace sealed and waterproofed by Woods Basement Systems that he is now able to use the space for storage and it no longer effects the home above. Because of this, Dan finally decided to call Woods. We sent our foreman Dwayne M. and his team out to the home to seal the crawlspace once and for all. They used our patented CleanSpace liner, which is a thick durable liner (similar to a pool liner) to cover the flooring and walls of crawlspace. Now, Dan has peace of mind knowing his crawlspace is sealed and waterproofed.
