Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Waterproofing and Maintenance
Residents in Piedmont, MO. had previously installed wall anchors to straighten and strengthen their basement walls.
Recently, they hired us to install our waterproofing system CleanSpace™ on their walls to prevent any water from seeping into their basement through the walls.
To install a tight water-proof seal on the walls, foreman Dave P. first removed the outer plate of the wall anchor system. Unlike other methods of reinforcing bowing walls, parts of our wall anchor system can be moved or adjusted to allow for maintenance or the installation of our CleanSpace™ system.
After fastening the waterproofing material to the wall, we reinstalled the outer plates of the wall anchors and performed a routine maintenance check on the sump pump that had been installed there before.
The homeowners can relax knowing that their walls are straightened and strenghted as well as water-tight with our CleanSpace™ system and their pump is in good condition.

Anchor Plates before CleanSpace™
The wall anchors are visible on the wall here before CleanSpace was installed. They provide stability to bowing basement walls and can help straighten them back to their original position.
