Dirty Crawl Space

Movement
Over time, water damage can lead to more serious damages. The water that had leaked inside for several years had caused the foundation to move. This movement is shown through the cracks in the brick walls.
Movement Outside
Even outside of the home was showing signs of foundation movement. As you can see in this image, the exterior was experiencing cracking.
Fallen Cement Bricks
Back inside, when Team Woods was looking over the crawl space, they noticed that a few cement bricks had fallen. This crawl space needed waterproofing and fast! The team would soon install a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to seal the area from harmful water leaks.
Sump Pump
This home has a crawl space and a basement. On the basement side of the house, this is the sump pump that will work with the CleanSpace vapor barrier system to help pump out water leaks to keep the crawl space dry and safe.
