Dustin of Bloomfield, Missouri wanted to transform his wet, musty basement after years of water leaks had stained the floor and walls. He reached out to Woods Basement Systems to get a professional's opinion on the optimal way to renovate his basement. Sam recommended installing BrightWall panels onto the wall to protect the walls from water damage, WaterGuard drains around the perimeter of the basement to collect the water leaks, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump out the water. Head foreman of the waterproofing job, Kevin J., worked with his team to install these products efficiently and in a timely manner. This job ended in a job well-done thanks to Sam and Kevin.

Gloomy Basement

Water can wear down a basement. This basement had no means of protection against water leaks.

Massive Leaks

Since this home didn't have any waterproofing products, when water would leak in during heavy rains, the water would pool on the floor leading to a domino effect of issues.

WaterGuard Drains

Freshly installed in the footing of the basement walls are WaterGuard drains. These drains are used to collect the water that leaks inside, and the system of drains will guide the water towards the sump pump to be pumped back outside.
