Wet Crawl Space

This crawl space regularly experienced water leaks through both the cement walls and dirt floor.

Standing Water

Although the crawl space had a tarp floor, this tarp wasn't able to block out water leaks and would hold the moisture inside.

Unhelpful Tarp

This tarp wasn't serving the crawl space because it wasn't covering the dirt floor! Over time this tarp had moved and wasn't serving a purpose.

Solution

Team Woods installed the new, advance tarp system to completely seal the crawl space. This system is made out of inorganic materials, unlike the other tarp, which means that mold will not grow and outer elements will be blocked out.
