James and Donna S. had a crawl space that needed to be cleaned and repaired, so they called Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Greg B. recommended installing CleanSpace, a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, and IceGuard.
Foreman, James L. installed the products. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. It is used to fully seal off a crawl space from dirt, critters, and moisture.The Sanidry Sedona works to keeps moisture out and the rest of the crawl space dry. IceGuard is placed on the outside of the home and it allows for water to expel from the guards in the case that pipes are frozen or clogged.
Now James and Donna S. have a healthy, clean crawl space.

The barrier only covers the floor. That leaves the walls and supports to be exposed to the elements.
Neatness
Overall, this crawl space is neat without any debris, but it is unsealed. With it being unsealed, it can allow for water, dirt, and critters to easily come in, causing further damage.
UnSealed
The crawl space is not fully sealed off, so it is able to let in dirt and moisture that should stay out.
Thin Barrier
The clean barrier that is covering the floor is placed in most homes, but it does not do a great job. It is only put on the floor which still leaves the walls exposed, allowing for moisture to come in.
Finished Look
The CleanSpace is covering all surfaces, leaving it neat and healthy.
