Dirt Crawl Space
This space looks like it could be the home for a lot of creatures. It is an area that is home to many mold spores and allergens. By cleaning up and drying out this space we will increase the air quality throughout the home.
Falling Insulation
Moving air under your home could be costing you a lot in energy spending. While the insulation is there, if it isn't installed properly or is falling out, it isn't doing any good.
After CleanSpace Install
Cinder block supports are not all bad. If they are in good shape and in an area where they will not be disturbed they can be fine. The CleanSpace on the dirt floors here is going to keep moisture and critters out of the area and increase the usability of the space.
Spray Foam on HVAC and Floor Joists
By spray foaming the HVAC and ceiling in a crawl space, we can seal the little gaps that can cause a lot of problems. Also by covering the HVAC and other piping we can increase energy savings because the water vapor condensing on the pipe changes the temperature of the air inside. The SmartJack can also be seen in this photo.
Finished Crawl Space
This is a crawl space where we can easily see what is going on. It is sealed and dry, lowering energy costs, mold, and allergens.
