Dirt Crawl Space
A dirt crawl space lets all sorts of allergens and water into your home's air. By water seeping in and evaporating from the soil, pests like termites and dust mites can fine the perfect environment. Mix this with open vents and the area just became even more dangerous, as the changing weather outside is now running under your home.
Brick Walls in Basement
Brick walls used to be a common building material. Although durable, they are extremely porous. Both the brick themselves and the mortar they are stacked with create thousands of openings for water to come in from the water beside the house. The exposed piping and HVAC usually colder surfaces in a basement or crawl space. This gives any humidity in the air a place to condense and wrecks havoc on when the water droplets drip to the floor and surfaces below.
Open Crawl Space in Basement
Although fans can help with moving the air around without drying the air it won't help with the wetness and odors of the room.
CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona in Basement
The SaniDry Sedona is a great way to dry out the air in a room. Dry air is most cost effective and the SaniDry filters catch dust mites, mold spores, and other allergens. They can remove up to 95 pints of water a day and are self draining when connected to a sump pump.
CleanSpace is Flexible
While mostly featured on floors, our CleanSpace is also an option for walls that are extremely porous, directing that water straight to the WaterGuard instead of evaporating.
TripleSafe and CleanSpace
The TripleSafe sump pump is our surest way to a dry crawl space or basement. By combining it with CleanSpace and WaterGuard we can stop water and water vapor from getting into the environment of the space.
