Upon further inspection, systems design specialist, David P., recommended CleanSpace encapsulation. Foreman, James L., worked the job. CleanSpace works to fully seal off a crawl space and keep unwanted moisture, dirt, and critters out. The vapor barrier is made out of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. Tammy L. now has a saf and dry crawl space.

Debris

Crawl spaces containing debris can cause it to be messy and not safe. It's better to have a clean, dry crawl space.

Old Insulation

Old insulation can get in to way and doesn't last forever. It is good to get rid of it or replace it to make a crawlspace neat and safe.

Pipes

Piping and equipment need to be working properly for your home to be safe.

Sump pump

It is important to seal CleanSpace around the sump pump so that everything is dry and is in the right place. Not fully sealing it off could lead to leaks.
