Concrete Repair Photo Album: Repairing Cracked and Sinking Porch in Troy, IL
A porch in Troy, IL, was sinking and hard large cracks running through it. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam is able to expand to lift the concrete slabs up and level them out. This foam also hardens to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps and cracks on the porch. This flexible sealant will withstand the test of time and against any harsh weather, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!
