Concrete Repair Photo Album: Repairing a Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway in Ballwin, MO
A concrete sidewalk was sinking in Ballwin, MO, causing concern. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. This is a unique approach to repairing sinking concrete.  After drilling small holes into the concrete, a polymer foam is injected into the concrete slab to stabilize the surface. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up.
The driveway connected to this sidewalk was also having issues. it was showing signs of street creep, where pressure from the street was pushing the driveway into the garage slab. To solve this issue, the CompressionGuard Expansion Joint was installed. This will prevent expanding concrete streets from pushing on and cracking concrete driveways, garage slabs, and foundation walls by flexing with its movement during seasonal changes. This was installed quickly and will protect the property value and peace of mind for years to come!
