Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Leveling Sinking Concrete in Saint Charles, MO
A driveway and sidewalk in Saint Charles, MO, were sinking and needed to be addressed before potential tripping hazards emerged. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam is able to expand to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the seams in the concrete. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!
