Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Leveling a Sinking Porch in Fenton, MO
A porch in Fenton, MO, was sinking and needed to be leveled. It also had a large crack running through it. These issues needed to be addressed, so the homeowners decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam is able to expand to lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the large crack in the concrete. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowners may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowners can rest easy knowing their porch is in great shape!
