Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Repairing sinking Concrete in O'Fallon, MO
A sidewalk and driveway in O'Fallon, MO, was sinking and needed to be addressed before potential tripping hazards appeared. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. This foam also hardens to become rock solid within hours, so the homeowner can use their driveway later that same day. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather, as it is very durable, With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!
