A concrete porch in Fenton, Missouri, had some displacement issues that needed to be addressed. The porch had started to sink, and large cracks needed to be sealed. Woods came out and first leveled the porch using the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly dense foam that expands as it sets. It is injected directly under the slab and as a direct result, the slab is lifted back up into place. With the slabs level, it was time to address the existing cracks. The NexusPro System was used to address these. This is a sealant specially formulated for concrete cracks and will last up to twenty years. With these installs in place this porch is ready to be used to its fullest potential once again.
