Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Leveling a Sinking Sidewalk and Driveway in Fenton, MO
A sidewalk and driveway in Fenton, MO, was unleveled and dealing with large gaps in between the concrete slabs. This was causing some safety concerns for the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To help level the sidewalk and driveway, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete slabs and injecting polyurethane foam underneath, the foam will expand and lift the concrete slabs up to level them out. The foam will later harden to become rock solid. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the large gaps in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant not only makes the concrete look nicer, it also will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their sidewalk and driveway are in great shape!
