Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Leveling a Sinking Porch in Pacific, MO
A porch was unleveled and cracked in Pacific, MO, causing distress to the homeowner. To address this issue, Woods used PolyLevel™ to help lift the porch up. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, where it will then expand and lift the concrete up and level it out. Once it hardens, it becomes rock solid. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the cracks and gaps on the porch. This flexible sealant will not only stand the test of time, but also against any harsh weather conditions the homeowner may receive.
