Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Repairing Concrete In Kirkwood, MO
A home in Kirkwood, Missouri, had some concrete leveling issues that Woods was called to correct. There was some major cracking as well as some slab displacement as well. The first step was to raise the slabs back to level using the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. With this in place, it was then time to address the cracks. To do this, Woods used the NexusPro System. This system is a silicone-based sealant for cracks. It is specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these concrete repairs in place, the concrete looks much better than it did before and no longer poses any tripping hazards.
