Before Installation: Joint Sealant Issues

Here you can see that the pre-existing joint sealant has come apart and is no longer preventing the area from water infiltration.

Here you can see that the slabs are uneven, creating a potential tripping hazard.

Sealed and Lifted

PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the slab and is then lifted to the correct height, making the slabs even and level. NexusPro is a silicone-based joint sealant that prevents water from infiltrating in between the slabs, preventing a soil washout.

Compression Guard

This system provides you with a peace of mind from your home experiencing "street creep." CompressionGuard is a highly-flexible expansion joint and relieves pressure between the slabs.

Fast-Curing

PolyLevel is injected though penny-sized holes that are drilled into the slab by the installed. After PolyLevel cures, (which only takes about 15 minutes) the holes are then filled back in with concrete so it can blend in with the rest of the slab after it dries.

Because both PolyLevel and NexusPro have quick-curing times, you can regain the use of your newly-repaired concrete areas usually within hours of installation!

Lightweight and Strong

PolyLevel is extremely lightweight, weighing only about 4 pounds per cubic foot. Despite its light weight, it has very strong lifting power and has been used in projects as large as lifting airport runways. The lightweight material doesn't put as much pressure on the soil underneath, making it an advantage.

NexusPro is made to withstand almost every type of weather, including rain, snow, sleet, and temperature changes. It won't bubble, yellow, or dry-out under UV exposure.
