Before Installation

Here you can see how the slabs have large gaps between slabs.

Sealed and Leveled

NexusPro is a joint sealant that is used to prevent water infiltration from getting into the cracks and causing soil washout. PolyLevel is an expanding foam that is installed underneath the concrete slabs that expands and cures to raise it back up to its original position.

NexusPro

NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that can work in both slab joints and cracks. It is designed to withstand almost any weather condition, such as high heat, rain, and snow.

PolyLevel

Small penny-sized holes are drilled into the concrete slabs and then PolyLevel is injected underneath the slab. PolyLevel expands and cures, raising the slab up to the correct height. This process is minimally-invasive and has a quick installation time!

Fast Curing Time

PolyLevel cures in about 15 minutes! This allows you to regain use of your newly repaired concrete areas within a short period of time from the initial installation.

Covered Up

After PolyLevel is cured, the holes are filled back in with concrete so it can blend in with the rest of the slab.

Lightweight and Strong

PolyLevel is very lightweight, weighing about 4 pounds per cubic foot, but is extremely strong with high lifting power. From sidewalks to airport runways, PolyLevel is an effective system for many different types of concrete areas.
