Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Warrenton, MO Porch Raised with PolyLevel
Warrenton, Missouri homeowner Wes had a settling porch that was cracking the roof above it. It could also lead to drainage and leakage problems. Wes gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Barry developed a plan for him.
Foreman Mason and his crew injected the PolyLevel under the porch. The PolyLevel is injected through a hole smaller than a penny and is eco-friendly and light weight. It will not wash out over time and it will set up in just a few hours.
Wes can now enjoy his front porch without the worries of the damage it causing to his home by settling.
Before PolyLevel Install
The porch settling isn't extremely noticeably from far away but it is having a lot of effects on the stoop and foundation.
Crack in Stoop
The porch settling is causing the stoop to begin to crack.
Injection of PolyLevel
Here Mason is injecting the PolyLevel. The hose is pumping the PolyLevel from the truck to the porch, Mason has a tool to control the amount going in. The orange device controls the rate of rise to make sure it does not raise to fast and crack the concrete.
After PolyLevel
After the PolyLevel is injected and the holes are filled the porch will be level and won't settle any further.
