Settling Porch

The Porch was beginning to settle at the side closest to the camera. This was causing a lot of problems withe the concrete slab inside.

Porch Pulling Away from home

As the back of the porch began to settle it pulled the front away from the home. This gap can cause drainage issues and lead to basement water problems. It also cause a safety hazard and is an eye sore.

Crack Due to Settling

Since this area of the porch is smaller and has a narrow connection to the main slab, it was more likely to show the signs of settling. Once the PolyLevel is injected a sets, this cracks can be repaired without worry of it showing back up.
