A basement in Chesterfield, Missouri, had some water seepage issues that needed to be addressed. Woods came out to the home and first installed the CleanSpace System to address the water coming from behind the walls. the CleanSpace System consists of a highly durable sheet of material that is placed directly on the walls of the crawlspace. This sheet will catch water seepage and direct it down below for removal. The next install was the french drain. This system consists of specialized piping that is installed directly in the floor to avoid clogging issues. These pipes then carry the water to the nearby sump pump for complete removal. With these installs in place, this basement will stay dry for many years down the road.
