Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing And Stabilizing A Basement In Columbia, MO
A basement in Columbia, Missouri, had some water coming in through the walls that was causing issues. Woods came out and first installed the CleanSpace System to catch the water seepage in the walls. This system consists of a highly durable sheet that is placed directly on the walls. This sheet will catch water coming through and direct it to the sump pump nearby. The last installation was to address the stability issues. The GeoLock Wall Anchor System consists of steel plates that are fitted to the wall. They are connected to rods and then anchors that are buried out in the yard. Tightening the rods pulls the wall back securely into place. The covers are placed on top of give the project a polished look. With these installs in place, this basement will both be dry and stable for years to come.
