Specialized pipes installed directly under the floor take this collected water seepage to a sump pump for removal. The next install was a new sump pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a top of the line device, with not one but two pumps to ensure complete water removal. Also included with this sump pump is an extra sump called the UltraSump Pump. This is a battery operated sump pump that will activate in the event of a power outage. The last installation was a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This device will take care of any remaining humidity issues. Thanks to Woods, this basement will be water and humidity free for years into the future.
