Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing A Basement In Saint Louis, MO
A basement in Saint Louis, Missouri, had some water seepage issues that needed to be addressed. Woods came out and first installed the CleanSpace System to trap water seepage coming in through the walls. This system consists of a highly durable sheet that is placed on the walls of the basement. It is impervious to mold, humidity, and water. The next install was a new WaterGuard System. This system catches water and direct it to the sump pump using specialized piping. This piping is installed directly into the floor, in order to avoid clogging issues. The next installation was a new sump pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a top of the line system, with multiple pumps to assist in water removal. The homeowners also opted to include the UltraSump Sump Pump, which is a battery operated pump that will activate in the event of a power outage. The last install were sump pump discharge lines. The LawnScape at the very end of the line will release the water far from the home's perimeter. Thanks to Woods, conditions in this home will be dry for years down the road.
