Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing A Basement In Saint Louis, MO
A basement in Saint Louis, Missouri, had some water seepage issues that needed to be addressed. Woods came out and installed a few products to help get this basement dry once again and keep it that way. The first install was a WaterGuard System. This system consists of specially designed piping that is installed directly into the floor. This is to avoid commonly seen issues like drain clogging. These pipes will direct collected water to a nearby sump pump for removal. Since the homeowners didn't have one, that was the next install on the list. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a top-of-the line device with not one, but two pumps to ensure water stays consistently removed. Lastly, sump pump discharge lines were installed to take the water seepage out into the yard. The IceGuard and LawnScape outlets pictured below will ensure the lines don't get clogged and the water is removed far from the home's perimeter. With these installs in place, this basement is sure to stay much dryer in the coming years.
