This pump will activate in the event that a power outage leaves the other pump inoperable. The last install were new sump pump discharge lines to carry the water away from the home. The IceGuard has specially created holes to prevent issues seen from frozen pipes. With these installs in place, this home is sure to be much dryer than before.
