Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing A Basement In Creve Coeur, MO
A basement in Creve Coeur, Missouri, had some water seepage coming in that needed to be addressed. Water was coming up through the floor as well as in through the walls. Woods came out and first installed french drains to collect the water seeping up through the floor. This WaterGuard consists of specialized tubing that sits in the floor to avoid clogging from dirt or other debris. It will catch the water and direct it outside, far from the home's perimeter. The next install was the CleanSpace system. Similar to a tarp on a pool, it is a sheet of highly durable material that catches the water coming in through the walls. It adheres directly to the wall, directing the water down below to the french drains system mentioned previously. With these two installs in place, this basement is sure to stay dry for many years to come.
