Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Jerseyville, IL, causing damage and concern to the homeowners. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, draining water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharging it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Thanks to these systems, this basement will now remain dry all the time!
