Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Drainage Systems Stops Leaking Basement in Highland, IL
Water was entering a basement through one of its windows in Highland, IL, causing concern for the homeowners. To solve this issue, a WellDuct was first installed. This channel is placed on the inside of the basement below the window that will carry water from a leaking window to the WaterGuard System. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time!
