Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Leaking Basement in Fisk, MO
Water was entering a basement in Fisk, MO, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was first installed. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, draining water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharging it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona was installed. This efficient, high-capacity, dehumidification system also includes an air filtration system, all in a single unit. This system wrings the air dry, and its powerful blower moves the dry air in and around the area. It also automatically drains the water it catches into the TripleSafe, so there is no need to empty any bucket with this system.
Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Thanks to these systems, this basement will now remain dry all the time!
Water Issues
Water has been entering this basement and causing damage.
Waterproofing Systems
WaterGuard will catch any wall seepage and direct it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. This system combines three pumps in one unit to offer homeowners ultimate protection in the basement when leaks or flooding occurs.
Dehumidifier
SaniDry will pull the moisture from the air, filter it, and release the dry air into the basement.
Discharge Lines
IceGuard adds a drain at the base of the house to protect the system from backing up in the case of a sump pump discharge point that is clogged by snow or ice.
Discharge Outlet
LawnScape will extend the downspout with a system that lies even with or below the ground to add a subtle, noninvasive drainage system to the yard that will not clog up and cease to do its job.
