Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Damaged Basement in Saint Louis, MO

Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Saint Louis, MO, causing damage to the walls and pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, draining water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharging it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona was installed. This efficient, high-capacity, dehumidification system also includes an air filtration system, all in a single unit. This system wrings the air dry, and its powerful blower moves the dry air in and around the area. It also automatically drains the water it catches into WaterGuard, so there is no need to empty any bucket with this system. Lastly,  the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. This basement will now stay dry all the time thanks to these systems!
