Water was leaking in a basement in Overland, MO, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was first installed. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it from the house. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Thanks to these systems, this basement will now remain dry all the time!

Discharge Lines
IceGuard adds a drain at the base of the house to protect the system from backing up in the case of a sump pump discharge point that is clogged by snow or ice.
Discharge Outlet
The LawnScape Outlet provides an escape for water that comes out of the drainage pipe with an additional camouflaging feature.
