Homeowners in Saint Charles, MO had water leaking into their basement and needed help.  After reaching out to Woods Basement Systems, our team installed a sump pump, drainage system, and lawn outlet into their home.  The drainage system is installed around the perimeter of the basement and collects and channels the water into the sump pump.  The sump pump is a drainage system that the water is directed to and is made up of three pump systems for triple the protection.  A battery is also added onto the system for the added protection in case of a power outage.  The water then is pumped out of a downspout extension to the lawn outlet and away from the home.  The homeowners were happy with their new installed systems to keep their basement dry for years to come!
