This homeowner's basement was leaking, causing issues with the foundation as well as water damage to their furniture downstairs. To solve this problem, the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system was installed, which collects the water along the foundations and drains it to the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump then powerfully pumps the water out of the basement, keeping the basement dry. The water then drains through the IceGuard discharge line, which even has an emergency exit for the water in case the pipes are frozen or clogged. Then, the water exits through the LawnScape discharge outlet far away from the basement, so the water can't leak back in.

Leaking Basement with Water Damage

This basement has water damage along the walls, which if not fixed, could lead to water damage on furniture and prized possessions.

Perimeter Drainage System Installed

The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system was installed along the foundation walls to collect the water that leaks in, and is drained into the sump pump.

Sump Pump Installed

The TripleSafe sump pump was installed to pump the water that leaks into the basement out and off of the property. This is also outfitted with the UltraSump battery backup, so in case the power goes out, the sump pump will keep pumping the water out, keeping the basement dry.

Discharge Lines Installed

The IceGuard discharge lines were installed and are where the water drains out of the house from. This also provides the water with an emergency exit in case the pipes freeze over or get clogged.

Discharge Outlet Installed

The LawnScape discharge outlet was installed in the yard, far away from the house. This will drain the water out from the basement while keeping it from re-entering.
