Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaking Basement Diue to Failing Sump Pump Repaired in Flora, IL

Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Flora, IL, and the sump pump was failing to remove this water properly. To solve these issues, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. It also automatically drains the water it catches into the TripleSafe, so there is no need to empty any bucket with this system.  Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe.
