A homeowner's basement in St. Louis, MO was leaking badly, so it was fully waterproofed. This starts with putting a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system in along the walls, collecting the leaks from the foundation. Then the old sump pump was replaced by the TripleSafe sump pump, to powerfully drain the water away from the house. Next the IceGuard is added, which is a discharge line, with a backup exit route for water in case the pipes become frozen or clogged. Finally, the water is drained out from the LawnScape discharge outlet, installed far from the basement so it can't seep back in. Now this homeowner will have peace of mind!

Old Sump Pump Before Removal

This sump pump clearly wasn't doing its job, so it needed to be replaced.

Perimeter Drainage System Installed

The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system was installed along the foundation to collect any water leaking through the walls.

Sump Pump Installed

The TripleSafe sump pump replaced the old sump pump. This will better pump the water from the basement.

Discharge Outlets Installed

This IceGuard is a state of the art discharge outlet, with an exit at the top of the pipe in case it gets clogged or frozen, so the water can still be pumped out.
