Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement with a Leaking Window in Sappington, MO
A basement was leaking from a window in Sappington, MO, and pooling onto the floor. To solve these issues, a WellDuct was first installed. This will drain water from the window well into the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. Lastly, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
