Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Wall Leaks Drained in Ballwin, MO
A basement wall was leaking water in Ballwin, MO, so a partial CleanSpace Wall System was installed. This will act as a drain curtain that will ensure that water is able to drain directly into the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
