Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Leaking High Ridge, MO Basement

Water was coming down a basement wall in High Ridge, MO, causing damage. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it safely away. Water was also leaking through the basement door, so a TrenchDrain was installed to catch and drain this water before it can enter the basement. The water from these drainage systems will then be taken to the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This system can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also includes an UltraSump battery backup system which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. Lastly, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
