It will also reflect more natural light into the basement. If any water does leak into here, it will be caught by the WellDuct Window Well Drain that will lead this water down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. Lastly, a BrightWall Basement Wall System was installed. This bright, clean, and durable wall system will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and will drain any wall leaks to WaterGuard.
