Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in Saint Louis, MO
Water was entering a basement in Saint Louis, MO, and the homeowner wanted it waterproofed before any major damage occurred. First, the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard will drain the wall seepage and guide it to the sump pump.
Sump Pump
The TRipleSafe can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump that will help eliminate water if the first one can't keep up.
Discharge Lines
IceGuard will allow water to escape if the pipes freeze over or become blocked for any reason.
Discharge Line Outlet
The LawnScape Outlet will release water far from the house without letting debris enter.
