Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in East Saint Louis, IL
Water was coming down the walls of a basement in East Saint Louis, IL, damaging the walls and pooling onto the floor. To solve these issues, the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. Also, a TrenchDrain was installed by the basement door to catch and drain water there before it can enter the basement. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. These discharge lines will allow water to escape if the pipes freeze over or become blocked for any reason. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come thanks to these systems!
