Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Replacing Window Well and Waterproofing a Saint Charles, MO Basement
Water was leaking in a basement from the windows in Saint Charles, MO. To solve these issues, SunHouse Basement Window Enclosures were installed to replace the old window wells. These will keep water and debris out of the window well and will reflect more natural light into the basement. Next, WellDuct was installed to drain any water from the well down to WaterGuard, which will catch and guide this water to the TripleSafe Sump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
