Basement windows in Saint Louis, MO were leaking water and pooling onto the floor. Woods installed Well Duct Window Well Drains under the basement windows to solve this issue. These will catch and drain water that leaks from the window wells down to the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, which will lead this water toward the sump system to be pumped out. A CleanSapce Liner was also installed to prevent water vapor from permeating the walls and draining wall leaks down to WaterGuard. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
