A basement in St. Louis, MO was having several issues. Water was coming in through the walls. and the foundation was also cracking in some places. To solve these Issues, Woods first installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed to allow water to escape if the pipes freeze over or are blocked for any reason. Then, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This underground downspout extension for sump pump discharge lines will allow water to be drained out farther from the house. A CleanSpace basement wall system was also installed to stop water vapor from permeating the walls and drain wall leaks. Lastly, the PowerBrace system was put on the walls to help permanently stabilize the foundation. These will also straighten the walls back to their original position and close the cracks to prevent water leakage. This basement will now stay dry and stable for years to come thanks to these systems!
